This layer depicts the UDOT High Priority Transportation Corridors located within Salt Lake City. Electronic notices are required to UDOT for any land use proposals located along these corridors, such as Mountain View Corridor, that "may adversely impact the development of a high priority transportation corridor." State Code 10-9a-206(2) does not define a specific width of each corridor. However, to help capture relevant land use proposals, the layer is a 600 foot buffer from centerline of either planned or existing roads or rail lines. Required notices are to be sent to the UDOT Region 2 director via e-mail. (2025) |
