These are approximate boundaries showing the areas within certain distances from fixed-rail transit platforms. These distances are 0 to 1/4 mile (Transit Context), 1/4 to 1/2 mile (Urban Center Context), 1/2 mile to 3/4 mile (Neighborhood Center Context), and more than 3/4 mile (General Context). The required off-street parking varies based on this distance. See 21A.44.040-A for the specific parking requirement for each context area.
